I believe in balance. Balance, balance, balance!!! Now is the time to take control of your health + wellbeing because you are absolutely worth it! Each day is a chance to be fabulous and strive for optimal wellness in our busy day-to-day life. The good news is that to feel and look your best you don’t have to starve yourself, count calories, sacrifice (what seems like) all that you love, and bust your buns for three hours at the gym every day (phew…). The key to health + wellbeing for your body, mind, and spirit is balance. ‘the healthy ginger’ believes that small realistic changes to our food + lifestyle = big rewards.

By eating whole foods, moving a bit more, tending to your mental and spiritual wellbeing, and taking the time to enjoy life you will absolutely have more energy, vitality, and feel more motivated in all area’s of your life!

Don’t take yourself, or life too seriously! We must become an active participant in our own health by taking responsibility of each and every decision we make. Nobody knows you, better than you! We all know too well, that you can’t buy back your health when it’s gone.
