Home sweet home + a BIG thank you!

Our little family is back home in Canada and it feel amaaaaaazing to see all of our favourite people!

The kids have adjusted well and we are settling back into our simple-little-life in rural Ontario.

There is nothing quite like it.

Okay, so this is officially the first blog post on the new and muchly improved website. YEAH, YEAH! I hope you have had a bit of time to browse around. My goal was to create a new space that is fresh and easy to navigate.

Thank you so much for all of your super sweet words about the new look and feel. I always am so grateful that you are a part of my tribe. Thank you, thank you :)

Also with the unveiling of the new website was the launch of my new signature online health coaching program THE THRIVING MOM PROJECT!!!

Program starts next Tuesday, April 14th at 8 PM EST and I am seriously so excited to get started next week!

The Thriving Mom Project is all about helping mom's reclaim their health by prioritizing more self care and healthy choices. This 6 week online program is designed to show you just how doable healthy living is, no matter how busy you are.

Incase you missed it. I held a FREE Q + A webinar all about the program last week so you can access that HERE. You will have to create an account with PowHow, but that only takes a minute.

So, only 4 MORE DAYS TO JOIN The Thriving Mom Project - I hope you'll be along for the ride!

In other news. I feel like my Canadian kitchen is back up in running.

I feel like our family does eat a little different when we are in Europe based on what is available so it's nice coming back to familiar territory.

The snow is melting but it's still pretty cold and wet so I am serving up lots of quick to prepare but uber yummy warming goodness. Here is a little recipe inspiration for your weekend.

But first.

The only way I get anything done in the kitchen right now is strapping him in and giving him an apple.

The beginnings of something wonderful. Salmon Burgs.

I used Raincoast Trading salmon, arichoke, garlic, sunflower seeds, parsley, turmeric, black pepper, sea salt, paprika, EVOO, stone ground mustard and an egg to bind it.

The finished product sans bun.

Instead I used some swiss chard topped with avocado and served this up with a side of cucumber and sautéed kale with EVOO, juice of a lemon, garlic, sea salt and black pepper.

Another fav from this week was this warm bowl of awesomeness.

Gluten free pasta, pesto, chickpeas, a whole bunch of green veggies, carrots then sprinkled with hemp seeds and parsley. Delish!

And of course. I can't forget the little {big} man. This magic blend is sweet potato, broccoli, chickpeas, bok choy, carrots, hemp seeds and cinnamon.

Thank you again so much for all your lovin', have an incredible weekend hope to see you in The Thriving Mom Project
