My journey to health got real when my husband and I wanted to start a family. A short-lived career in journalism took a toll on my health and therefore, I committed to some small but HUGELY important changes in my life. I wanted to get pregnant, have a healthy pregnancy and more importantly learn the tools to raise a healthy family.
