raw choco-amaze-balls

I'm baaaaaack.

Yes, last night I ventured into my first hot yoga class since I found out I was pregnant. Other than light walking this was my first workout since Sloane was born 7.5 weeks ago. I must admit I was a little nervous and had butterflies in my stomach when I entered the class.

I am sooooo happy to report that I didn't fall over and I can still walk this morning. that in itself is a small {who am I kidding, HUGE} victory!

I was warned by some mama friends to ease into my workouts and not to be too tough on myself. I tried my best not to overdo it and it was an absolute success.

The stretching, balancing and ridiculous sweating felt AHHHHHHH-MAZING.

I am so excited to get back to working out, not only to get my body back in shape but for all the other amazing benefits that movement has for my overall health. I know it will take some time to get back to where I was pre-pregnancy but I am up for the challenge!
