We made it friends, it's Friiiiiday :)
I want to share a couple recipe inspirations with you as we head into the weekend.
This blended beauty was perfect post workout and there was even enough left for the hubs to have a little taste for his mid-afternoon snack. Here's what I threw into my blender ....
- 2 big handfuls of greens
- 1/2 cucumber
- Frozen banana
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 scoops Vega Smoothie Infusion
- Scoop of spirulina
I'm having one of those days where I am eternally grateful for my daughter, my husband, my dearest family and friends and so much more....
